These Mobile Terms & Conditions govern SMS/text message communications sent by Stepup Capital LLC ("Stepup Capital," "we," "us," or "our") to our clients, including real estate investors with active or pending hard money loans and rental tenants. By opting into any Stepup Capital SMS program, you agree to these terms.
By opting in, you will receive SMS notifications related to your hard money loan with Stepup Capital. Messages may include loan application status updates, term sheet and document alerts, draw request approvals and inspection notifications, payment reminders and due date alerts, loan maturity and extension notices, rate and program announcements, and general account communications from your loan officer.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile number on our loan application, verbally consenting with a Stepup Capital representative, or by texting JOIN to our designated number.
Message frequency varies based on your loan activity. You can expect to receive approximately 2–6 messages per month per active loan, with additional messages during active draw periods or at key loan milestones.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text JOIN or contact your loan officer.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messages may include rent payment reminders and confirmations, lease renewal notices, maintenance request updates and scheduling, property inspection notifications, move-in and move-out coordination, and important property or management announcements.
You may opt in by providing your mobile number on your lease agreement or tenant onboarding form, or by texting JOIN to our designated number.
Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2–4 messages per month for routine notifications, with additional messages around rent due dates, maintenance visits, or lease events.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text JOIN or contact our office.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS communications as a condition of obtaining a loan or entering a lease agreement with Stepup Capital.
No sharing of your number. Stepup Capital will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Supported carriers. Our SMS programs are available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
Changes to these terms. Stepup Capital reserves the right to update these Mobile Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in our SMS programs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy. Your use of our SMS programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
